The International Court of Justice will hold public hearings in the case concerning Alleged Violations of Sovereign Rights and Maritime Spaces in the Caribbean Sea (Nicaragua v. Colombia) from 20 September to 1 October 2021. The hearings will be devoted to the merits of the case, including the counter-claims submitted by Colombia.
